Healthcare profession is a noble one as it mitigates suffering and saves precious lives. Therefore, it deserves to be respected by the society. I salute all the healthcare professionals who brave the corona virus and serve mankind, risking their own lives and jeopardizing their own families.
I am glad to know the formation of Association for Healthcare Management Professionals (India) with an objective of contributing to the holistic growth of the healthcare industry through proactive interventions.
Though the health services in India are of high standards, unfortunately, those services are unaffordable to most of our population. Healthcare costs need to be brought down drastically through innovations. We can think of some model of cross subsidizing so as to make them accessible to the poor people.
I hope and wish that AHMP (I) would make a huge difference in the lives of the downtrodden by the synergic endeavors by its members. My sincere best wishes for their strength and growth.
